or CLEO (Certification for Lifting Equipment Operators), is a professional school for lifting machines, cranes, forklifts and work at height. With two main educational centers in Lod and Haifa and on-site courses in factories across Israel.
CLEO is the largest school of its kind in Israel. Our School is approved by MOITAL
(the Israeli Ministry of Industry Trade and Labor), and by MOT (the ministry of Transport and Road Safety).
Our customers include government ministries, public organizations, private companies of various fields, such as building, shipping and management, and industries of different scales and realms of expertise.
Fields of expertise
Courses – Training and licensing of cranes operators, forklift operators  and heavy machinery operators. safety managers and authorized approvers for lifting equipment.

Priotdic inspections – Periodic safety checks of lifting machinery and equipment and of life-lines and safety equipment for heights.

Safety Survey Services – (mainly for heights) Planning of safety programs and solutions of work at height issues.

Mechanical Engineering Services – Strength and stability planning for lifting machinery and equipment, lifting beams, slings, life-lines for roofs and more.

Professional Counseling services – Failure analyses, accident investigation and expert evaluation and counseling.
